Mapei Mapeproof Swell 320ml

 Mapei Mapeproof Swell is specially designed to waterproof and seal cracks in concrete and other prefabricated materials. Easily applied to damp and uneven surfaces. Mapei’s Mapeproof Swell is your solution to simple and effective waterproofing and sealing. 

Key Features

• Single component hydro- expansive rubber based sealing paste
• Effectively waterproofs and seals cracks in reinforced concrete 
• If well confined, can be resistant to considerable hydrostatic pressure
• May apply at all temperatures (Recommended application is between 5-40°C) 
• May apply with any kind of water that infiltrates or seeps through
• May be applied to solid, clean damp and uneven surfaces 
• Volume increases on contact with water

Storage instructions 

• Mapeproof Swell may be stored up to 12 months in a dry place between temperatures of 15-25°C.

Application instructions

• Ensure all dust and loose parts from the surface of material or any other material that could compromise the Mapeproof Swell’s bond is removed before application
• Ensure that surfaces are damp only, there must be no water on the surface that the product is being used on
• This product is not suitable for surface only application on material. Application must always been confined (injected into a crack or a joint)
