Timbabuild EWS Primer is used alongside Timbabuild ERC10 Rapid Adhesive or Timbabuild EHB60 Repair Resin to strengthen weakened wood fibres

• Maximum moisture content of wood: 18%
• Damaged wood coverage: 1.3m²
• Hardwood coverage: 2.7m²

Product Includes

• 1 part yellow hardener
• 2 parts clear base

Application Instructions

• Remove any damaged and decayed wood with a router or chisel and lightly sand to ensure optimal adhesion
• Mix the two components manually to a ratio of 2:1 in a separate container, ensuring to thoroughly agitate the mixture for 1 minute
• Apply with a standard brush and leave to dry for at least 30 minutes
• The repair can be applied when the EWS is wet or fully cured
• Use disposable paint brushes as they can not be cleaned after use
• Do not mix EWS in a sealed container

Storage

• 12 month shelf life after product manufacture date
• Store between +5°C and +25°C
